BUDGET PROPOSAL
Introduction

Project budget proposal is an estimated financial plan for a project, for which funding is required. This document explains the expenses anticipated to incur for each project within a specific period of time, as well as the benefits that will be generated during the course of the project.

Christ Insight Foundation (CIF- GHANA), believes that the gospel must be preached in every part of the world through any genuine available means as indicated in Mark 16:15. It is our desire to fish out the right minded people who are without any blemish to be given the necessary training and support to be able to spread the word of God around the world since it is our mission to bring all smaller churches around the world under one umbrella.
Christ Insight Foundation (CIF-GHANA), has proposed to embark on a number of projects which include the following:

Conferencing
Training of ministers
Evangelism
Crusade
Building of schools
Building of hospitals
Planting of churches etc.

All these projects have been proposed to be undertaken by CIF-GHANA, for the years ahead of us which will have to be tackle holistically. Therefore, the first four projects on the list above have been proposed to be undertaken in the next four years from 2016 to 2020. Historically, CIF-GHANA, West Africa, started from Ghana to the other parts of West African Countries like Nigeria. Currently, CIF-GHANA, is established in only two regions in Ghana thus, Ashanti and Greater Accra Region. It is anticipated to be extended to the eight other regions in the next four years. It is proposed that for the next four years, one region will be captured for a period

of six months. By this estimation, CIF-GHANA, would be established in all the ten regions in Ghana in the next four years if all things being equal. For this to be accomplished, the following methods would have to be adopted. The methods include conferencing, training, evangelism and crusading. These four methods mentioned above would be carried out in each region.

Conferencing

There would be prearranged meeting for consultation and exchange of information or discussions on the word of God. Under this session, the participants would be briefed about the vision and mission of CIF-GHANA, where interested men of God will be selected for the training. This platform would also be used to welcome the smaller churches which are ready to join CIF-GHANA, For this to be achieved, a lot of publicity and other things would have to be done. For this reason, some funds would have to be allocated for that cause.

Training

Under this session, the men of God who were selected from the conference

will undergo special training for a period of two weeks under the leaderships of the archbishops in preparation for a particular task .After the training, these special men of God  would be ordained and dispatched throughout the region to preach the gospel in other to win more souls for Christ. They will also take advantage to introduce CIF-GHANA, to the smaller churches who have not heard of it. To be able to achieve this, some administrative work would have to be done first, and some teaching materials will also be needed. For these reasons, some funds would also have to be allocated for that cause.

Evangelism

This is where zealous preaching and advocacy of the gospel is done. Under this session, a team including the ordained ministers would be conveyed to the remote areas in each region to embark on house to house evangelism which is one of the most effective method of winning souls for Christ During this period, the team will go along with some food stuff and bills of second hand clothing as well as a medical team to be able to touch lives and help the needy in the rural areas. Beside this method of evangelism, some other approach have been adopted which include, TV evangelism, radio evangelism and social media.

Crusade

One major Crusade would be organized in each region in every six months to climax the whole exercise. In each region, about 20,000 people would be expected at the crusade where altar call would be conducted to win souls for Christ.

BENEFITS

After running through these projects, it is anticipated that some benefits would be generated and we would be able to:
Produce more powerful men of God to preach the gospel to all nations
Win more souls for Christ.
Touch and transform the lives of the needy
Bring more churches under the umbrella CIF - GHANA
Promote CIF - GHANA across the world
Raise money to support the word of God
Reduce crime rate at the various communities, rehabilitate sex workers, credible access to prinsons,  widows and less privilege in the society.

CIF-GHANA is anticipated to embark on a number of projects.
Therefore this document seeks to explain the specific budget allocation for various items.

CIF-GHANA, The budget has been categorized into short term, medium term and long term. In a long term, an ultramodern office block has been proposed to be sited in Kumasi as the national headquarters of Christ Insight Foundation, Ghana chapter. However, the emphasis of this budget is placed on the short term in which a well-furnished rented office space has been proposed to be acquired for a short term basis to facilitate the administrative work of CIF-GHANA.
